Senior BDR → Account Executive

We're looking for a BDR who approaches accounts strategically and actually picks up the phone. Someone with sales experience who wants to learn the craft of closing. Prove yourself and you'll grow into Account Executive and close your own deals.

FiveX helps entrepreneurs on marketplaces such as bol.com and Amazon get more from their advertising budget. With AI-driven tooling and analytics we show exactly where ad spend does and does not pay off, so sellers achieve more revenue with the same budget.

We combine software with personal guidance and work closely with partners across the marketplace ecosystem.

Qué harás

  • Research accounts, identify the right stakeholders and multi-thread across the organization.
  • Run outbound via phone, email and LinkedIn. Cold calling is part of the role.
  • Qualify leads, run discovery calls and hand off opportunities to our closers.
  • Shadow deals to learn the craft of closing.

Path to Account Executive

Phase 1 (BDR): excel at pipeline generation and qualification with consistent targets.

Proof points: demonstrable results plus growing independence and conversation quality.

Phase 2 (AE track): shadow deals, first with guidance, then close independently.

What you bring

  • Prior BDR or sales experience.
  • Fluent Dutch and English.
  • Persistence and resilience when facing rejection.
  • Stress tolerance, drive and a winning mindset.
  • Willingness to pick up the phone and communicate sharply.
  • Coachability. We give feedback during conversations and look at how you adapt.
  • Relevant higher vocational (HBO) or university (WO) education.

Consultative selling, account management, meeting skills and time management.

IT fundamentals, AI, our product, process and structured process thinking.

What we offer

€3,250 to €4,000 gross per month, plus a bonus on top of base salary. Strong performers earn significantly more.

Office in Amsterdam, one remote day per week. The rest of the week we like to see you in the office.
